Its pretty obvious that Fox news, has a profound race baiting addiction.
While Fox 12 news was narrating, the statistics that white people, are more likely to become a bully, than minorities. They carefully implement, the race card silently, showing a video of only black teenage students, in a school classroom,during the entire segment. Which had nothing at all, to do with any bullying whatsoever.
