Oregon’s Black Double Jeopardy

My lawyer constantly tries to explain to me that I have not only been found not guilty for felon in possession of a weapon. However his main  interest is explaining to me that I had won the lottery of courts. I had been subjected to so much racism that the jury had no choice but to find me not guilty. The arresting officers voluntarily testified that I was a racial target, and that the gypsy jokers along with the white knights were constantly attempting to lynch me for the past four consecutive years. The fact that I was previously acquitted by the grand jury for 1st degree assault due to racism agitated these white supremacists.  In a dozen altercations the so-called white supremacist racially threaten me with these words: Nigger you’re next we are going to kill you. Nigger we are going to cut your head off. Nigger you best get out of town. Nigger you are good as lynched. I realize these are hate crimes and yet nobody was charged. The assault’s at the wedding reception where the uninvited biker gang assaulted the groom, groom’s grandmother, best man, and children, nobody was ever charged. They even threw one of their friends through a picture window. No charges. I believed I was used as a black fall guy. I was the only one criminally charged and yet the groom was severely beaten.This is a well documented pattern. The fact that I was a passenger in a vehicle with Caucasians, whom decided to run a stop sign then start brawling and spraying mace, in front of a lady deputy sheriff, whom called back up which I was arrested by a racist sheriff who repeatedly called me boy for walking while my visioned was impaired. The black man did nothing the lady sheriff shouts again. I spent three unwarranted days in jail. All of my cases were dismissed or acquitted in Seaside Oregon. The lesson I learned; Grand Jury acquitted a black Hero and the Jury trial granted me a double black zero. What my lawyer was trying to covey to me is that even though you are a hero, and now that you have acquired double jeopardy due to racism, the judge thought it best that you to leave the pacific northwest coast, and return to the Portland Oregon area.In others words my license to kill status is a potential threat.
